Hyderabad, July 30 -- GMR Hyderabad International Airport Ltd. (GHIAL) has been awarded the Level 5 Accreditation under the Airports Council International (ACI) World Airport Customer Experience Accreditation Programme, the highest recognition under the global framework.
The accreditation places Hyderabad Airport among a select group of airports worldwide that have integrated customer experience into their corporate strategy, operational excellence and stakeholder collaboration.
