Hyderabad: 16 help desks set up across ero offices to assist voters in sir process

Hyderabad, July 3 -- The Hyderabad district administration has set up 16 help desks across Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) offices to assist voters and citizens in the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) process.

These help desks are aimed at guiding the public on the dos and don'ts of the SIR exercise, assisting in filling out enumeration forms, and providing details of the concerned Electoral Registration Officer (ERO), Assistant ERO (AERO), and Booth Level Officer (BLO) for respective households, an official release said here on Friday.

Each help desk is headed by an in-charge officer to ensure smooth facilitation and grievance support for voters.
