Hyderabad, Nov. 6 -- TTD chairman BR Naidu on Wednesday stated that in the coming year TTD will focus on tech-driven reforms to enhance devotees' experience at Tirumala.
Addressing at a press conference here on the occasion of completing one year of taking charge as Chairman, Naidu said, "We had earlier planned to arrange darshan for devotees within two hours with the help of AI technology but a group was against it.""However, in the coming second year of my tenure, we are taking up the AI project again under the leaderhip of the new Exective Officer Anil Kumar Singhal to improve the Tirumala Pilgrimage experience, including to reduce waiting time in queue lines for devotees," he informed.
