Hyderabad, June 17 -- : Telangana's newest franchise cricket tournament, the Sreenidhi University TG20, will commence at the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium here on June 21, with actor Vijay Deverakonda unveiled as the brand ambassador for the inaugural season.
The tournament opener will feature Palamuru Strikers taking on Anvita Khammam Aces under lights on June 21.
The league stage will run until July 7, followed by the playoffs beginning on July 9, while the final is scheduled for July 12.
The inaugural edition will feature several prominent names from Indian domestic and Telangana cricket.
