Hyderabad, Aug. 20 -- The Supreme Court has dismissed a Special Leave Petition filed by former MP Vundavalli Arun Kumar challenging the Telangana High Court judgment that had set aside criminal proceedings against Margadarsi Financiers, the company said on Thursday.
A Supreme Court bench comprising Justice M.M. Sundresh and Justice Prasanna Varale dismissed the petition challenging the August 4, 2025 judgment of the Telangana High Court.
According to Margadarsi Financiers, the Supreme Court also questioned the locus of Vundavalli Arun Kumar in filing the petition and observed that the arguments made on his behalf indicated that the matter was a personal dispute between the parties.
