Peddapalli, June 19 -- Telangana Rakshana Sena (TRS) leader Kalvakuntla Kavitha on Friday alleged that the government had turned against Singareni and that the coal major was facing financial difficulties due to pending dues of nearly Rs 50,000 crore.
As part of her Singareni "Baai Baata" (Mine-side Journey) programme, Kavitha visited the Adriyala Longwall Project (ALP) mine in Ramagundam of Peddapalli district, interacted with workers and enquired about the problems they face. She was visibly emotional after listening to the hardships narrated by a worker and assured employees of her support.
