Hyderabad, Sept. 16 -- BikeWo Green Tech Limited, listed on NSE Emerge, on Wednesday announced plans to expand from its electric vehicle sales and distribution business into a technology-enabled mobility and logistics platform with a pan-India presence.
In a release, the Hyderabad based company said its transformation would focus on scaling its vehicle base, strengthening professional management, developing strategic partnerships and pursuing selective inorganic opportunities.
BikeWo said it has undertaken a Rs 70-crore-plus preferential issue through warrants to support its growth plans.
