Hyderabad, Sept. 19 -- Artificial Intelligence (AI) is disrupting the traditional education-employment model and young people must focus on identifying problems, building solutions and creating jobs rather than merely seeking employment, said Dr J.A. Chowdary, Founder and Chairman, International Startup Foundation and former Special Chief Secretary and IT Advisor to the Government of Andhra Pradesh.

Addressing the Industry Leadership Summit 2026, hosted by Ashoka School of Business (ASB) here, Chowdary said the conventional path of obtaining a degree, waiting for campus recruitment and building a career by executing instructions was no longer sufficient in the age of AI.
