Kangra, Oct. 13 -- The Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board Limited (HPSEBL), Operation Circle Kangra, will organise 'Seva Setu' solar energy awareness and registration camps on October 13, 14 and 15 at the office of the Superintending Engineer, HPSEBL, Kangra, from 10.30 am.
The camps aim to raise public awareness about the Centre's 'PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana' and encourage domestic electricity consumers to install rooftop solar power systems. an official release stated.
During the camps, authorised vendors will provide detailed information on solar plant capacity, costs, installation procedures, online registration and government subsidies available under the scheme.
