Hamirpur, Dec. 30 -- : The Joint Action Committee of HPSEB Employees, Engineers, Pensioners on Tuesday organised a convention at Hamirpur and expressed its firm and unequivocal opposition to the proposed Electricity (Amendment) Bill, 2025, which is likely to be introduced in the forthcoming session of Parliament.
Hira Lal Verma, the Joint coordinator of the action committee said that the Explanatory Note issued by the Government along with the proposed Bill itself amounts to a striking admission of failure.
