Dharamshala, Oct. 18 -- The Himachal Pradesh School Education Board (HPBOSE) has announced the fourth round of counselling for admission to the two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) course for the 2026-28 session, offering another opportunity to aspiring teachers to secure admission against 719 vacant seats in private recognised institutions across the state.
The mega counselling will be held at the board headquarters in Dharamshala on October 22 starting at 1000 hours. The board has released the merit list of eligible candidates on its official website, www.hpbose.org.
