Shimla, Feb. 25 -- Himachal Pradesh Transport Department has recorded a rise in revenue following the rollout of automation and transparency-driven reforms.
At a presser, Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri, who also holds the transport portfolio, said the department has crossed Rs 1,000 crore in annual revenue collection, with Rs 2,740 crore mobilised over the past three years - a 75 per cent increase compared to Rs 1,540 crore during the previous BJP regime.
