Ashok RainaDharamshala, July 30 -- The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) has announced a major relief for hundreds of students whose results in the March 2026 Class 10 and Class 12 board examinations were upgraded from "Fail" to "Compartment" or "Essential Improvement" after re-evaluation and re-checking.
HPBOSE Chairman Dr. Rajesh Sharma said the Board has decided to grant a one-time special opportunity to such students to appear in a special examination, ensuring that they do not lose an entire academic year.
