Dharamshala, Feb. 28 -- The Himachal Pradesh High Court granted a final opportunity of two weeks to Chaudhary Sarwan Kumar Himachal Pradesh Krishi Vishvavidyalaya (CSKHPKV), Palampur, to implement its earlier judgment in a petition filed by the H.P.
