Shimla, April 10 -- The Himachal Pradesh High Court has dismissed an application filed by senior advocate Abhishek Manu Singhvi seeking deletion of proposed witnesses in an ongoing election petition challenging the Rajya Sabha election of Harsh Mahajan.
The order was passed by Justice Virender Singh on Friday, in connection with the Election Petition of 2024, wherein Singhvi has challenged Mahajan's election to the Council of States from Himachal Pradesh.
