Dharamshala, March 21 -- The Himachal Pradesh Budget 2026-27, presented by Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, has emerged as a comprehensive roadmap for balanced and welfare-oriented development, with a strong focus on strengthening the rural economy, boosting tourism in Kangra district, and empowering weaker sections.
