Nahan, June 8 -- The increasing and indiscriminate use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides in agriculture has raised concerns among agricultural scientists.

In light of the declining soil fertility, polluted groundwater, and the adverse effects on the environment, a month-long "Save the Farm Campaign" is being launched in Sirmaur district. This campaign, a joint effort by the Agriculture Department, the ATMA Project, and the Krishi Vigyan Kendra, is encouraging farmers to return to scientific and natural farming.
