Hamirpur (HP), June 23 -- Under the Intensified Pulse Polio Immunisation Campaign, polio vaccine doses will be administered to approximately 29,924 children up to the age of five in Hamirpur district on Sunday, June 28.
Presiding over a review meeting regarding the district's Intensified Pulse Polio Immunisation Campaign and various other health department schemes and vaccination drives, the Deputy Commissioner stated that no child up to the age of five in the district should miss receiving polio drops.
She directed health department officials to place special emphasis on migrant worker settlements and construction sites where migrant labourers are employed during this campaign.
