Palampur (Kangra), May 30 -- Kangra police have arrested a local youth from Palampur under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act after recovering 405 grams of charas/cannabis from his possession in the Banotu Badehar Patti area falling under Palampur Police station today, police said here.
Kangra district superintendent of police Ashok Rattan told UNI that the contraband was seized from Rajneesh, a resident of Rajehad village and post office in Palampur tehsil of Kangra district.
