Shimla, Feb. 9 -- Minimum temperatures across Himachal Pradesh improved by two to three degrees Celsius today, while dry weather continued to prevail in most parts of the state.
The Meteorological Centre, Shimla, said there was no large change in night temperatures during the past 24 hours, and minimum temperatures at most stations remained near normal.
As per observations recorded at 8.30 am on Sunday, it was minus 13.4 degrees Celsius at Kukumseri(Lahaul Spiti, minus 10.6 degrees at Tabo, minus one degree at Kalpa in Kinnuar, 0.7 degree at tourist resort Manali, 2.7 degrees at Bhuntar Airport in Kullu, 2.8 degrees at Seobagh, 3.0 degrees each at Solan and Berthin in Bilaspur, 3.8 degrees at Sundernagar in Mandi, 3.8 degrees at Sarahan i...
