Solan, July 29 -- A 48-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly pushing a 52-year-old woman to her death during a violent altercation with her son in Kuiru village of Arki sub-division in Solan district.
According to the police, a case been registered at Arki Police Station under Section 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). The incident came to light on July 27 after Shubham, a resident of Kuiru village, informed the police through Dial-112 that a man, identified as Anu, was allegedly assaulting him and his mother. He later rushed his mother, Meena Devi (52), wife of Govind Ram, to the Civil Hospital, Arki, where doctors declared her "brought dead".
