Dharamshala, Sept. 10 -- The Central University of Himachal Pradesh (CUHP) will organise its annual Tourism Week, 'Charaiveti-2026', from September 21 to 27, focusing on the use of Artificial Intelligence and digital technology to transform tourism.
Vice-Chancellor Prof Sat Prakash Bansal unveiled the event logo and said tourism connects culture, heritage, employment, economy and sustainable development, while emerging technologies can give the sector a new direction.
Themed "Digital Agenda and Artificial Intelligence to Redesign Tourism," the week will begin with the Guler Conclave on September 21, focusing on conservation of Guler Fort, community participation and technology-driven tourism.
