Lucknow, March 22 -- The culture of referring complex delivery cases to larger cities is on the decline in Uttar Pradesh.
Now, complex cases are being managed right within the smaller cities themselves. This shift is attributed to the capacity-building initiatives undertaken over the last four years for 1,791 doctors across 76 district hospitals in the state, thereby ensuring timely and high-quality healthcare services.
