New Delhi, Sept. 28 -- Delhi Public Works Minister Parvesh Sahib Singh on Monday responded to AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal's remarks on Sunday's confrontation incident at Vikaspuri, saying that obstruction of public works will not at all be tolerated and claimed that the concerned AAP worker was already involved in a case regarding violence against a sanitation worker.
