Shillong, July 4 -- A court here in Meghalaya on Friday extended the judicial custody of Sonam Raghuvanshi and her alleged paramour Raj Kushwaha, the prime accused in the murder of Indore businessman Raja Raghuvanshi to another 14 days of judicial custody.
On June 21, the Court of Judicial Magistrate of the First Class (JMFC) Don Kitbor Koshy Mihsill had sent Sonam, wife of Raja and Kushwaha to 13 days judicial custody.
"The court of JFMC today extended the judicial custody of Sonam and Raj for another 14 more days. The duo were produced before the court via video conferencing from Shillong District Jail," Assistant Public Prosecutor Tushar Chanda told UNI.
So far both the accused have not filed application for bail, he said.
