Surat, March 2 -- Gujarat Deputy Chief Minister Harsh Singhvi on Monday said that a society sets news pardigms of overall development and continues to be vibrant if it remains rooted to its culture and heritage.
Addressing the Pahari Heritage Festival, organised by the Uttarakhand Samaj here, Singhvi said that the festival is mostly attended by people who were born in the land of Gods, Uttarakhand, but whose place of work is Surat.
