Thiruvananthapuram, Sept. 24 -- HLL Lifecare Limited, a Miniratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, is set to expand its public healthcare retail network to around 600 pharmacy outlets across the country within the next year, taking the number of pharmacists engaged by it to around 4,500.
The expansion comes as HLL completes 15 years of its public healthcare retail operations, with its retail journey beginning at the Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram, on September 26, 2011.
HLL currently has around 340 retail pharmacy centres across the country and engages about 2,000 pharmacists, including 863 women pharmacists. The planned expansion is expected to create opportunities for arou...
