Dharamshala, March 21 -- Former Mayor Devendra Jaggi has termed the Municipal Corporation's latest budget, presented by Mayor Neenu Sharma, as "historic," stating that it will chart a new course for Dharamshala's development, sanitation, and modern infrastructure.
Jaggi said the budget has been designed not only to address current needs but also to accommodate future requirements, aiming to transform Dharamshala into a model and well-organised city.
