Ratnagiri, Sept. 6 -- Maharashtra Minister of State for Home Yogesh Kadam has said that Hindu festivals will continue to be celebrated with enthusiasm and according to tradition, asserting that "no one can silence their voice." His remarks, made from the stage of a Dahi Handi celebration in Khed, are likely to trigger a fresh political and social debate over the use of loudspeakers and DJs during festivals.
