Mumbai, June 3 -- Actress Kajal Aggarwal nodded her head in agreement, saying women constitute a significant part of the workforce in Hindi cinema, but their participation in the southern film industries remains comparatively lower.
But she is hopeful that things will turn out optimistically in the near future. "But the numbers are changing. The graph is tilting. It's just a matter of time before there will be a complete shift."Aggarwal voiced her displeasure with the ongoing state of the Hindi film industry, although it is becoming inclusive, a wide gap still exists between the remuneration of male and female actors.
