Shimla, June 11 -- Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has expressed grief over the death of Aditya Sharma, a sailor working on an oil tanker, who lost his life in an American attack at the Hormuz Strait.
Aditya Sharma, a resident of the Galore area of Hamirpur district, in Himachal Pradesh was among those killed in the incident.
The Chief Minister conveyed his condolences to the bereaved family and said that the state government stands firmly with them during this hour of distress.
He also directed the district administration to extend all possible assistance and support to the family.
