Shimla, Nov. 15 -- A major public awareness campaign against 'Chitta' was launched in Himachal Pradesh on Saturday, with Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu flagging off the state-level Anti-Chitta Walkathon from the historic Ridge Maidan.
The initiative marks the beginning of a three-month, state wide mobilisation aimed at transforming the anti-drug movement into a people-driven mass campaign. Hundreds of participants, including citizens, students, and officials, joined the walkathon from Ridge Maidan to Chaura Maidan.
