Shimla, March 5 -- The Himachal Pradesh High Court has directed Punjab National Bank (PNB) to transfer its Chief Manager, Mansi Negi, to Dehradun in connection with a petition filed by her alleging victimisation after she flagged irregularities in several loan accounts.
The order was passed by Justice Ajay Mohan Goel while hearing the matter on March 3.
During the proceedings, senior counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that while earlier deciding the petitioner's representation, the bank had offered her a posting at Dehradun, which she had declined at that time.
Counsel for the petitioner informed the court that Negi, who was present in person during the hearing, is now willing to accept the transfer to Dehradun.
