Shimla, Aug. 18 -- Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu on Tuesday appealed to people, particularly residents of snow-bound areas, to actively participate in the second phase of Census-2027 and provide accurate information to ensure proper assessment of the state's development needs.
Sukhu, along with his wife and MLA Kamlesh Thakur, completed their self-enumeration for the second phase of Census-2027 at Oakover here.
On the occasion, the Chief Minister urged residents of the state to avail themselves of the self-enumeration facility available from August 17 to 31 and furnish correct information.
