Una (HP), Feb. 16 -- The Himachal Pradesh government's Chief Minister Kanyadan Yojana has provided financial assistance of Rs 1,65,75,000 to 325 eligible families in Una district over the past three years, officials said.

The scheme, aimed at supporting economically weaker sections, provides financial assistance of Rs 51,000 for the marriage of eligible beneficiaries. It is being implemented across the state as part of the government's social security initiatives under the leadership of Chief Minister Thakur Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu.
