Shimla, Oct. 3 -- Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu on Saturday, announced Rs 2 crore for construction of a new building for Government Senior Secondary School, Rachauli, after a student raised the issue during an interactive session at Government Senior Secondary School, Rampur Bushahr.
The student informed the Chief Minister that the Rachauli school was currently functioning from two locations and that adequate land was available at one site for construction of a permanent building.
Responding to the request,Sukhu announced Rs 2 crore and assured that additional funds would be provided, if required, for completion of the construction work.
