Shimla, Feb. 26 -- Himachal Pradesh Police have taken 20 members of Special Crime Branch of Delhi police and three detained Youth Congress activists will be produced before the Chief Judicial Magistrate after completion of their medicals.
Earlier, they were taken to hosptial to undergo medicals following registration of an FIR aganist them for forcibly taking away three guests of a private Chanshal resort at Chirgaon under Rohru subdivision today morning.
Superintendent of Police Shimla Garauv Singh confirmed about the booking of 15 to 20 jawans on the complaint of resort owners who accused them for alleged forcible removal of guests, seizure of a private vehicle and removal of CCTV DVR equipment without documentation.
