Shimla, Oct. 28 -- Senior Congress leader and former Himachal Pradesh Congress Committee president Pratibha Singh on Wednesday called upon people to remain vigilant against alleged vote theft and urged them to participate in the INDIA bloc's rally at Delhi's Ramlila Maidan on November 1.
In a statement issued here, Singh, a member of the All India Congress Working Committee and former MP, alleged that Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar had taken unilateral decisions in the name of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR), despite dissent from two Election Commissioners.
