Hamirpur (HP), Feb. 25 -- A team of Hamirpur police today arrested one Anil Kumar of Bhapral, Tehsil Ghumarwin, District Bilaspur, and recovered 5.4 grams of heroin (chitta) from his custody.
He was arrested during a random check on Jahu-Mundkhar road today.
