Dharamshala, Oct. 26 -- Police seized 38.55 grams of charas from a man at Ustehar in Baijnath tehsil of Kangra district on October 23, police said today.
The accused has been identified as Shashi Kumar, a resident of Ustehar village and post office in Baijnath tehsil of Kangra district, Himachal Pradesh.
