Jammu, Sept. 6 -- Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee president Tariq Hameed Karra on Sunday while referring to the reports of 15 percent hike in helicopter services for Mata Vaishno Devi helicopter service, questioned why ordinary pilgrims should bear the burden of additional costs when they already face increasing expenses.
"The people must closely examine the consequences of policies being implemented in Jammu and Kashmir rather than being distracted by political rhetoric," said Karra speaking at the "Chaupal Par Charcha" programme here.
