Shimla, March 29 -- Fresh snowfall in the higher reaches along widespread rain across the state on Sunday, disrupted normal life, returning the coldwave and compelling the Lahaul Spiti district administeration to issue advisories top commuters to drive carefully on the slippery roads conditions.
According to the district emergency report, high peaks incluidng Rohtang Pass, Lady of Keylong , Seven Sister's hill , Kunzum Pass, Goshal Hill, Kinnuar and Shrikhand Kailash of Kinnuar including Darcha-Shinkula Pass, Darcha-Sarchu (NH-003) and Gramphu-Losar via Kunzum Top remain closed due to continuous snowfall, while movement on several other routes is restricted or open only for 4x4 vehicles.
