New Delhi/Dhaka, Aug. 17 -- An eighteen-member delegation from the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is set to arrive in Dhaka on August 17 (today) as India and Bangladesh seek to strengthen trade and investment ties amid wide-ranging strains in bilateral relations, as well as revive commercial engagement and explore new opportunities for investment.
The delegation, which will remain in Bangladesh until August 18, includes representatives from several major Indian companies and is expected to hold meetings with senior government officials, business leaders and investment authorities.
