Ranchi, March 22 -- Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Sunday left for New Delhi along with Gandey MLA Kalpana Soren.
The visit comes ahead of the Assam Assembly elections, with the last date for filing nominations scheduled for March 23.
