Ranchi, May 18 -- Hemant Soren on Monday distributed appointment letters to 333 newly appointed trained assistant teachers and 17 anganwadi supervisors at a function held at the Jharkhand Ministry in Ranchi.
The appointments included 160 teachers for Classes 1 to 5 and 156 teachers for Classes 6 to 8, officials said.
Addressing the appointees, the chief minister said they should work with dedication to ensure government welfare schemes reach people at the grassroots level, particularly women and children in rural and remote areas.
