Thiruvananthapuram, Oct. 25 -- The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued heavy to very heavy rainfall warnings for several parts of Kerala over the next four days, with an orange alert declared for Kozhikode and Kannur districts on October 27.
According to the forecast, heavy rainfall ranging between 7 and 11 cm to very heavy rainfall between 12 and 20 cm in 24 hours is very likely to occur at one or two places in Kozhikode and Kannur on October 27, 2025.
A yellow alert has also been issued for Kannur and Kasaragod districts today. Tomorrow, heavy rainfall is likely at one or two places in Thrissur, Malappuram, Kozhikode, Wayanad, Kannur and Kasaragod.
