Hyderabad, Aug. 4 -- The Meteorological Centre on Tuesday forecast heavy rainfall at isolated places in Jayashankar Bhupalpally, Mulugu, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Khammam, Nalgonda, and Suryapet districts of Telangana during the next 24 hours.
In its daily weather report, the Centre said light to moderate rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at many places, a few places, or isolated places across the state over the next seven days.
It also predicted strong surface winds with speeds of 30-40 kmph at isolated places in all districts of Telangana during the same period.
The report said the Southwest Monsoon remains active over Telangana.
