Panchkula, Aug. 7 -- The India Meteorological Department (IMD) forecasts widespread rain with isolated heavy showers in Delhi, Haryana, and Chandigarh on Friday.
Himachal Pradesh is expected to experience heavy rainfall through August 12, while rainfall in Jammu and Kashmir is likely to intensify from August 9.
According to the IMD's All India Weather Summary and Forecast Bulletin issued at 9:02 am on August 7, Haryana, Chandigarh, and Delhi are expected to receive fairly widespread to widespread rainfall, with isolated heavy showers in some areas.
