Hyderabad, May 24 -- Heatwave conditions are likely to prevail in parts of Telangana during the next three days, the Meteorological Centre said on Sunday.
In its daily weather report here, it said that thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and Gusty Winds(40-50 kmph) are very likely to occur at isolated places over the state during the next seven days.
Light to moderate rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at isolated places over Telangana during the same period.
Rain occurred at one or two places over the state during the last 24 hours.
The highest maximum temperature of 44.8 degrees Celsius was recorded at Khammam during the same period, the report added.
