Panchkula, July 16 -- After a brief spell of rising temperatures, weather conditions across Northwest India are expected to turn more pleasant next week as rain activity gradually increases over several parts of the region, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
The Regional Meteorological Centre, has forecast that maximum temperatures over the plains of Northwest India are likely to rise by 2-3 degrees Celsius during the next 48 hours and fall by 4-5 degrees Celsius thereafter.
The seven-day forecast indicates that Haryana, Chandigarh and Delhi are likely to receive isolated rainfall between July 16 and July 18, followed by scattered rainfall on July 19. Rain activity is expected to increase further with fairly widesprea...
